Superior Outplacement
Of course, not all Outplacement services are created equal. Many Outplacement programs in the UK are step-by-step systems that fail to properly take into account each person's unique circumstances, emotional state and personality.
Most don't offer Psychometric testing.
Such programs are typically conducted by 'Careers Counsellors'. The problem is, anybody can call themselves a Careers Counsellor. This title doesn't guarantee experience, training or qualifications.
